Born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii; Admitted to Hawaii Bar 2018; Admitted to United States District Court, District of Hawaii 2018; University of Hawaii at Manoa (Business Administration: Management, International Business B.A. 2014); William S. Richardson School of Law, University of Hawaii at Manoa (J.D. 2018); Shidler College of Business, University of Hawaii at Manoa (M.B.A. 2019); Judicial Law Clerk, Hon. Rom A. Trader, Circuit Court of the First Circuit (2018-2019); Judicial Law Clerk, Hon. Keith K. While in law school, Ms. Nakagawa served as captain of the Intellectual Property Moot Court Team and completed a summer internship with the Department of the Prosecuting Attorney, County of Hawaii.
