Practice areas past and present include personal injury, contractual disputes, construction litigation, lease disputes, ADA liability, wrongful termination, sexual discrimination/harassment, Civil Rights litigation and Trust disputes. Mr. Chow has participated as a panel member for the Statewide Training for Arbitrators on all islands and has been a panel speaker and program facilitator for the Hawaii State Bar Association Bench-Bar Conferences and Forums on civil litigation from 2012 to present.
